a2. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties and their permitted successors and assigns.
b2. Either Party may terminate this Agreement in the event the other Party has materially breached or defaulted in the performance of any of its obligations hereunder,
c2. The term of this Agreement shall expire June 30, 2001
As ocorrências acima confirmam essa correspondência.
Onde, então, ocorre contract? Vejamos alguns dos 186 resultados do corpus:
16 – (the “Relinquished Property Contract”). The Relinquished Property
17 – The Relinquished Property Contract is attached hereto as Exhibit
18 – in the Relinquished Property Contract, and Exchangor agrees to acce
27 – t or the Replacement Property Contract without, in each case, receiv
28 – der said Replacement Property Contract, that Owner’s rights in said
29 – in said Replacement Property Contract have been assigned to Exchang
121 – n Contracts (1) An Adhesion contract shall be construed impartiall
122 – If the meaning of an adhesion contract is not clear, it shall be con
123 – (1) Any clause in an adhesion contract which is not fair or is contr

Stella,
That's a great example of how we take certain (apparently simple) things for granted!!!
I'm pretty sure 90% of my Ss would assertively say 'contract' when asked for the translation of 'contrato' … Guess what? Not that frequent… Sorry!
Loved it, Stella! Not to mention the last one (freshly ground pepper)
